Refund policy

You see and approve your exact artwork on screen before checkout, and the plaque is made to order with your business name, award title, city and year, so the policy follows the production timeline.

Within 24 hours of ordering

Cancel for a full refund, no questions, no fee. Production doesn't begin until the 24-hour window closes.

After production begins

The plaque can no longer be canceled. It carries your name and is useful to nobody else.

Damage and defects

If your plaque arrives damaged, misspelled, or different from the artwork you approved at checkout, send a photo within 14 days of delivery via meritly.us/contact and we replace it free.

The digital award

The seal, certificate and award title are free, so there's nothing to refund and nothing to cancel. They're yours.
